Daniel Farke has given a worrying update on three key players ahead of their big match against Watford on Tuesday.
The Whites will be hoping to extend their winning run in the Championship, but injuries could be a big problem.
Daniel James, Joe Rodon, and Joel Piroe are all dealing with knocks, and their availability for the upcoming match is uncertain.
Farke revealed this after Leeds suffered a 2-0 defeat to Millwall in the FA Cup fourth round at Elland Road.
The manager made big changes to the squad for the cup tie, resting most of his regular starters.
Only Ethan Ampadu kept his place from the side that beat Coventry City 2-0 in midweek.
Unfortunately, the rotated squad struggled, leading to a disappointing exit from the competition.
James and Rodon were completely left out of the squad, while Piroe was only used as a late substitute, coming on for the final 10 minutes.
Farke explained that the trio were not risked due to their minor injuries.

Farke Hopes They Will Return
After the Millwall match, Farke shared the latest injury news.
“Joe Rodon and Daniel James had knocks, Not fully recovered. Joel Piroe, a few knocks, No sense in risking anything. We hope to have them back for Tuesday” Farke said.
It is unclear whether these injuries happened in the Coventry win or during training.
However, Farke remains hopeful that all three will recover in time for the Watford match.
Big Concerns for Leeds
Leeds United are in good form in the Championship, and missing these key players could be a huge blow.
- Joe Rodon has been a rock in defence, keeping things solid at the back.
- Daniel James has been a key attacking player, using his speed to create chances.
- Joel Piroe is a main goal-scoring threat, and his absence could cause problems up front.
If Rodon is out, Leeds still have some cover in defence. Missing James would be frustrating but not a disaster, as Farke has other options in attack.
However, if Piroe is not fit, it would force a reshuffle in the forward line. Mateo Joseph started in his place against Millwall but struggled to make an impact.
Leeds will need all their top players fit if they want to keep their winning run going.
With a tough game at Watford coming up, fans will be hoping Farke’s injury worries disappear before kick-off.
