The signed documents released by Companies House verify that Leeds United Football Club Limited now has 100% ownership of Elland Road, and it was announced on the 17th of January this year.
Kieran Maguire, a financial expert, shared the information earlier and stated that the club ownership now listed has a person with significant control of Elland Road Limited as of 17 January.
This news comes as the club announced in July 2024 that the stadium was under the full ownership of Leeds United.
Along with this, there is tremendous excitement and anticipation as this fully transfers the club identity back to Leeds.

A Big Step Towards Premier League Ambitions
Leeds United suffered a lot in the year 2004. Because of that, they had to sell Elland Road, their venerable stadium which they have reclaimed.
This is a significant morale boost for the club as they look to secure a spot in the Premier League.
The club’s investment group, 49ers Enterprises, has displayed great ambition and commitment too.
Under the guidance of Daniel Farke, Leeds have made some steady progress this season.
After several key players left, the team has managed to stay competitive and now looks on track for promotion.
Supporters are set to be hopeful that bringing Elland Road back under club ownership is a good sign.
This puts Leeds in a more favorable financial position too, allowing them to formulate better plans for how they use the stadium and for the team’s long away too.
What’s Next for Leeds United?
The January transfer window could bring even more transformation as the club is said to be searching for a transfer loophole to allow for a new signing.
Supporting the formation of the team in important areas might be incredibly helpful for the second part of the season.
Leeds fans will be optimistic that the 49ers know what to do in order to ensure success both on and off the pitch.
With a strong manager in Farke and renewed control of Elland Road, the foundations are being laid for a stable and successful future.
The focus now is on not losing their current form to ensure earning promotion back to the Premier League, something which seems quite achievable this season.
