Leeds United Vs Blackburn Rovers

Derrick Williams gives an own goal away by Roofe’s effort just going over the line to give the Whites the lead. Charlie Mulgrew equalises for Blackburn making it 1 – 1. Leeds the far greater team hitting 72% possession and having 24 shots on target in the whole game, really emulates Bisla’s playing style.

However, it looked as though Leeds efforts were not met when Mulgrew powers one in the 90th minute to make it 1 – 2 to Blackburn. Leeds chasing the game, the man and our top goal scorer Kemar Roofe steps up to the plate and scores in the 91st and 94th minute making it 3 – 2 to Leeds, adding to his goal tally to make it 13 goals so far this season.

Talk about late bloomers, that’s two games we have been a goal or two down to then turn it around and clinch both winners. It’s safe to say Roofe knocked the roof off again and it’ll be telling times to see in the January transfer window if outfits like Newcastle come knocking.
